Annandale Semi - AirBNB

Scope:

A compact, original semi located in Inner West Sydney - KSID were engaged to renovate the interior for the client/s to lease as an AirBNB guest house. The renovation needed to be both cost-effective & durable, as well as classic - in-keeping with the character style of the home.  The original kitchen and bathroom were gutted and remodelled. The interior & exterior painted throughout. A new, two-tone kitchen & contemporary bathroom with patterned floor tiles - introduced new graphic elements to the overall schematic.

 

Our client/s already had a great collection of art - so we wanted to place these pieces within the interior, to add vibrancy and interest to the home. Something a little bit unique to attract would-be guests. The end result is "a colourful, mini art house" in Sydney's bustling Inner West.
