Gymea Bay House 02 -

Scope:

The partial refurbishment of a 1970s family home in leafy Gymea Bay. Our scope of works included re-designing the existing kitchen, existing laundry and creating a new guest bathroom by combining an old storage room with the existing separate toilet.

 

The existing 1970s slate floors were replaced with new timber flooring, new stairs and handrails were installed, new decorative lighting added, new wool carpets and a new entrance door - to give the home a contemporary lift.

The new, bright white, soft grey, muted blue and oak palette works together with the existing brickwork to create a soft, timeless, semi-coastal feel.

Full design services, kitchen planning, layout and CAD design documentation. Guest bathroom planning, layout and CAD design documentation.  

Finishes and material selections & specifications for the entry stairwell, main living room, kitchen and guest bathroom. Joinery design for new built-in entertainment unit and dining room credenza.
